A shopping centre has been ranked alongside the Tower of London and Windsor Castle by a banner advertising English lessons in Thailand.
Ashford Designer Outlet is mentioned alongside English landmarks like the Harry Potter Studio and Rochester Castle in the banner 5,554 miles away.
Sam Williams, a former reporter at Ashford newspaper the Kentish Express, was holidaying in Chiang Mai when she spotted the signage.
She said: "I literally stopped in my tracks after spotting an ad for the Ashford Outlet.
"What are the chances, coming across the world, and still seeing signs for Ashford?"
Situated 5,554 miles from the banner, Ashford Designer Outlet is undergoing extensive expansion work which will see 50 new shops and Europe's largest living wall built on-site.
Its famous canvas roof will be removed as part of the 100,000 sq ft construction work, which will almost double the size of the shopping centre.
The Thai advert mentioned other tourist destinations in the county - Canterbury and Rochester Castle - alongside London hotspots and the Harry Potter Studio Tour.
