Traffic lights stuck on red are causing long delays at busy junction 10, off the M20

The traffic lights on the M20 junction 10 are currently stuck on red and causing delays.
The Highways Agency tweeted that this was due to a "traffic signal fault" and an engineer has been sent out to fix the problem.
Motorists are advised to approach with caution and leave extra time for their journeys.
