'Obstruction on tracks' stops trains going from Ashford to Maidstone East

Replacement buses have been called after an 'obstruction on the line' has stopped trains going between two Kent towns.
Southeastern confirmed the disruption between Ashford and Maidstone East just before 6pm.
A tweet from Southeastern, posted at 5.51pm, reads: "NEW: Due to an obstruction on the line, trains cannot run between Ashford and #MaidstoneEast.
"Services may be delayed, revised or cancelled.
"Updates to follow."
Trains are being diverted via Paddock Wood where passengers should change for services to Maidstone West.
There's a reduced service from Otford to Maidstone East.
