Travellers pitched up in a cinema car park in Ashford were moved on this afternoon.
The group of caravans appeared behind Cineworld and Pizza Hut on the Eureka Leisure Park over the weekend.
Five caravans and a number of cars remained at the site today, until about 12.45pm.
Earlier, ward councillor Diccon Spain said: "Eureka Park is in my ward. I have spoken to Ashford Borough Council this morning and they have said that because it is private land, it is up to the landowner to take action.
"I have spoken to on-site security and they have confirmed that the landowner is aware.
"It appears that another caravan has joined those that were already there and one of them has damaged a fence behind Pizza Hut."
A large group of travellers were moved on from the Stour Centre car park on Friday evening and another group left Canterbury coach park earlier this week after they were issued with a court summons.
