Hundreds of runners will be taking part in the 27th annual Givaudan 10k race on Sunday morning.
Roads in and around Ashford town centre will close for up to an hour and a half after the runners set off from the Julie Rose Stadium in Willesborough.
The run will see Willesborough Road, Canterbury Road, Mace Lane and a large section of Hythe Road close from 10am. Organisers hope up to 1,000 runners will take part.
The race is sponsored by Givaudan in association with Ashford International Hotel and is organised on behalf of Ashford Athletics Club by race managers Nice Work.
Runners will set off from the Julie Rose Stadium, following a route through Kennington and round the town centre before finishing back at the stadium.
There will also be fun runs on the day for under-10s and under-15s.
