Armed raiders hold up Post Office in St Mary's Bay on Romney Marsh

Armed raiders are being hunted today after holding up a Post Office in St Mary's Bay this morning.
Two men reported to have had a handgun targeted the store, in Teelin Close, at about 9.30am.
Firearms officers are involved in the search for the pair and a car believed to have been used by them has been found abandoned nearby.
Police said cash has been taken, but the amount is not yet known.
A Kent Police spokesman said: "Firearms officers are involved in the search for the men as it has been reported that a handgun was seen during the incident.
"The robbery was reported at 9.30am and a car believed used by the men has been found abandoned in Laurel Avenue in St Mary's Bay."
Anyone who saw the men near the Post Office or vehicles being driven suspiciously or at speed in the St Mary's Bay area are urged to phone DCI Emma Banks at Kent Police on 01303 289423, giving reference 15-715.
