On Facebook Jim Buckley, whose parents run the Sanctuary, has appealed for help and has had the video shared 500 times.

He said: “Unfortunately we are unable to decipher the phone number on the van.

“Do any of you know this outfit? Can you help us with any information? The Police and Environmental Teams are bouncing it backwards and forwards without really resolving anything.”
