Police investigate after burglary in Willesborough, Ashford

Police are investigating after jewellery was stolen from a house during a daylight burglary.
Officers were called to a house in Willesborough in Ashford after the break-in.
Residents of a house in Wilson Close came home to find that an external door had been damaged some time between 3.30pm and 4.10pm on Wednesday.
When they looked further, they discovered that items including gold necklaces, earrings and wedding rings were stolen, along with a quantity of cash.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious in the area at the time, or who might have personal CCTV which could assist enquiries.
