Attempted murder arrest after stabbing in Hunter Avenue, Willesborough, Ashford

A woman has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following a stabbing at a home in Ashford.
Police were called at 1.45am today to assist South East Coast Ambulance Service with a medical emergency involving a 55-year-old man in Hunter Avenue, Willesborough, who had suffered stab wounds.
Officers seized a knife from the scene and the man was taken to hospital for treatment for his injuries, which are not said to be life-threatening.
The 53-year-old suspect is known to the victim and remains in custody.
