A woman was taken to hospital today following a crash between three vehicles in Simone Weil Avenue, Ashford

A woman driver had to be taken to hospital this afternoon after two cars collided with a bus in Ashford.
Officers were called to Simone Weil Avenue at 12.25pm to a report that a blue Honda Civic and a blue Chrysler estate were involved in a collision with a bus.
A female driver was taken to the William Harvey Hospital but was conscious and breathing. No other drivers were reported as injured.
Traffic built up on the road while the vehicles were recovered.
The road was cleared again by 1.30pm.
