Armed police in Kingsnorth Road, Ashford, after woman sprayed in face with 'unknown liquid'

Armed police were called after two men riding pushbikes sprayed an unknown liquid into a woman's face.
The victim was walking past the Bungalow Store in Kingsnorth Road, Ashford, when she was attacked in broad daylight.
Police and ambulance crews rushed to the scene but the woman's injuries are not believed to be serious.
A witness said one of the men involved had tattoos on his face and neck.
Inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident - which happened at 3.30pm yesterday - are ongoing.
