Bradley Ray claimed two second place finishes in the latest round of races in the Bennetts British Superbike 2018 Championship.
The Lydd rider’s weekend at Cadwell Park started well as he was on pole position after qualifying.
The Buildbase Suzuki racer then finished both races in second place behind Leon Haslam.
It was his first podiums since race one at Brands Hatch in April.
Ray is currently fifth in the standings with the top six going through to the final showdown.
The next three races are at Silverstone on September 7-9 with 75 points up for grabs.
Ray said: “We’ve had a bit of bad luck and a few mistakes on my behalf. Crashing out in both races at Snetterton was not ideal.
“To come here and put it on the box in both races and get some podium points for the championship was what we needed.
“At Silverstone we have to keep pushing and make sure we finish ahead of the people behind us (in the championship) to secure a place in the showdown.”
