Hythe Town boss Scott Porter poised to complete fourth summer signing

Hythe Town are set to confirm two important off the field appointments before the end of a month.
The announcement regarding the identity of a new chairman and another director, who will also be the club’s Commercial Manager ha been delayed due to holidays.
Former chairman Paul Markland stepped down at the end of last season after 12 years in the post.
Secretary Martin Giles says Hythe are set to announce the club’s new main sponsors next week.
Top scorer Dave Cook received the Ryman League Golden Boot Award at the annual dinner last week.
The Reachfields skipper netted 27 league goals last season,
Meanwhile boss Scott Porter is still waiting to complete his fourth signing of the summer.
He said: “I am 99% certain it will happen, I am just waiting for the player to come back to me.”
The Hythe squad return for pre-season training on Tuesday July 2.
