Police were called at around 8.50pm on Thursday, February 9, to reports of shots being fired on Pembroke Road.
Officers and the London Ambulance Service attended and found Kai suffering from a gunshot wound.
Despite the best efforts of emergency services to save him, the 24-year-old died at the scene.
Kai Osibodu, 23, of Riverdale Road, Erith, was arrested yesterday (March 17) and has now been charged with one count of murder and two counts of attempted murder.
He is due to appear at Bromley Magistrates' Court today.

A plea hearing is scheduled for May 30 with a trial date scheduled for January 3, 2024, both at the Old Bailey.
There have also been three other arrests as part of the investigation into Mr McGingley's death.
Last Thursday (March 9), a 16-year-old girl was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and a 53-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder.
Both have been bailed pending further enquiries.
