Man dies after roundabout crash in Thamesmead

A man in his 20s has died after a car overturned on a roundabout.
The crash, which involved a blue Ford Focus ST, happened at the junction of Western Way and Central Way in Thamesmead at 5.15am today.
The victim, a man in his 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene despite the efforts of paramedics from London Ambulance Service.
It is not thought any other vehicles were involved in the collision.
Enquiries continue to trace and inform the man's next of kin.
Two other occupants of the car – both men in their 20s – were taken to hospital, but it is not thought their injuries are life threatening.
No arrests have been made and enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.
