Southern Counties East League round-up: Leaders VCD Athletic drop points, Fisher go third, hat-tricks for Oscar Housego, Taylor Fisher and Tashi-Jay Kwayie

There were 35 goals across nine Premier Division games in the Southern Counties East League on Saturday.
Leaders VCD were denied maximum points at Rusthall, who equalised deep into stoppage time during their 3-3 draw at The Jockey Farm.
Charlie Clover’s opener for the hosts was cancelled out by VCD striker Ollie Freeman before the break.
Nathaniel Olawole put Vickers ahead but Yassin Fares to level it, only for Charlie Heatley to score what looked like the winner with two minutes left. But Louie Clarke scored six minutes into added time to claim a share of the spoils.
Talisman Oscar Housego scored an eight-minute hat-trick for Corinthian but they also had to settle for a 3-3 draw on their travels, away to Whitstable.
Dean Grant and Josh Oliver put The Oystermen into a 2-0 lead but Housego’s spot-kick at the end of the first half and then a quickfire double in the second half put the visitors in charge.
However, Corinthian then had Mefose Esumobi red-carded and Grant levelled the scores with 15 minutes remaining.
The day’s biggest scorers were Sutton Athletic as Taylor Fisher bagged a hat-trick in their 5-1 win at home to Snodland. An own goal and Conor Evans added to their tally while Olu Adegbehingbe replied for the visitors.
Lordswood dropped into the bottom four after a fifth straight league defeat, 2-1 at Stansfeld.
Harrison English and Greg Williams put the hosts in charge in the first half and although Callum Peck pulled one back before the break, Lords were unable to find an equaliser.
A Jacob Feasey brace set Tunbridge Wells on their way to a 4-1 win at Hollands & Blair.
Quadri Green pulled one back in first-half stoppage time before Regan Corke and Lewis Unwin wrapped up the points for the visitors.
Fisher are up to third after Kesna Clarke’s first-half winner at Bearsted, who finished with 10 men after Ryan Blake was sent off.
Larkfield goalkeeper Jordan Carey also collected a red card at the end of their 2-0 home defeat to Erith & Belvedere.
The visitors took the points after goals from Joe Chalker and Dieko Falade in the first 24 minutes.
Stefan Payne made it two goals in as many games for Lydd, who came from 2-0 down to rescue a point at home to Glebe.
Fred Obasa and Zak Loveridge put Glebe in charge by the hour mark but Payne pulled one back and substitute Charlie Dickens made it 2-2 with 16 minutes left.
Bottom side Kennington were held to a 1-1 draw at home by Holmesdale. Alfie Giles put Ton ahead but Aidan Ward levelled the scores early in the second half.
On Friday night, a hat-trick by Faversham striker Tashi-Jay Kwayie led them to an impressive 3-0 win at Punjab United in front of a crowd of 352.
In Division 1, Croydon are five points clear after beating Forest Hill 5-0 while Faversham Strike Force are up to second as Alex Willis, Daniel Lott and Tom Carter scored in a 3-0 win over Staplehurst.
