Fast food fans planning on tucking into a Whopper will have to wait until next month due to the closure of a Burger King restaurant.
The outlet in Canterbury is undergoing a major refurbishment as it is given a modern makeover.
The St George's Street branch, which is at the top end of the high street next to Wilko, is expected to reopen in early November.
A company spokesman said: "We're giving the Burger King restaurant a refresh, so our customers can enjoy the home of the Whopper with a more modern design concept.
"To do this, we have temporarily closed the restaurant while we carry out the works.
"Although our Canterbury fans may find this upsetting, rest assured, the branch will reopen looking and feeling better than ever in early November."
