Ambulances and armed police swoop into North Court Close, Wingham

Emergency services have descended on a village near Canterbury.
Armed police were seen in North Court Close, Wingham just before 2pm this afternoon.
Five ambulances are also currently at the cul-de-sac, near the Anchor Inn pub.
A police spokesman confirmed the force was called following a report a man may have been in possession of a weapon.
"Officers attended and arrested a man in connection with the incident," he said.
"No injuries nor verbal threats to members of the public have been reported.
"Officers, including firearms officers, remain in the area making enquiries."
