Police arrest man in his 20s after assault in St Radigund’s Street, Canterbury

A man has been arrested in connection with an assault in Canterbury city centre last night.
The incident happened just before 9pm in St Radigund’s Street.
The 20-year-old was arrested and has been bailed until November 11.
Kent Police spokesman Adam Westgarth said: "We are investigating an assault which took place at 8.40pm on November 6 in St Radigund’s Street, Canterbury.
"A 20-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident and has been bailed until November 11 pending further inquiries."
