A28 Island Road near Upstreet, Sturry, closed due to broken-down tractor

A broken-down tractor has closed a busy A-road.
Police are currently at the scene at the A28 Island Road near Upstreet, Sturry, where oil has spilt onto the carriageway due to the broken-down farm vehicle.
A spokesperson for the force said: “Officers were called at 6.12am and highways officers have also attended.
“The road is closed while arrangements are made to recover the vehicle and remove the oil spillage.”
