A257 Canterbury Road, near Wingham, closed after crash

A busy road was closed in both directions due to a crash.
Two fire engines and an ambulance were called to A257 Canterbury Road, near Wingham.
It is understood a car and a cyclist have been involved in an incident - near the Wingham Lane junction.
A spokesman for the fire service said crews were called to the road at about 4.25pm.
Two fire engines were at the scene and crews were helping to make it safe - but they have since left.
