CCTV image released after assault on Canterbury High Street shop worker

Police have released a CCTV image of a man after an alleged assault on a shop worker in a High Street store.
Police were called to a store in High Street, Canterbury, shortly before 5pm on Saturday, June 8 after reports a member of staff had been assaulted.
They were taken to hospital for treatment.
A police spokesperson said: “An investigation into the incident is ongoing and police have released a CCTV image of a man who may be able to assist inquiries.
“Anyone with information, or who recognises the man, is urged to call Kent Police on 01843 222289, quoting reference 46/94539/24.
