Police and paramedics help man on railway tracks at Chestfield and Swalecliffe train station in Whitstable

Trains were halted and emergency services called when a man was spotted on the railway tracks in Whitstable this afternoon.
Police and ambulance crews rushed to Chestfield and Swalecliffe station after the alarm was raised at 1.25pm.
Kent Police officers approached the man - who was not hurt - and led him to safety.
He was left in the care of British Transport Police officers and paramedics.
