Delays on dual carriageways after multi-vehicle smash near M2 Brenley Corner

Reports of a multi-vehicle smash at a motorway junction is causing queues on two dual carriageways.
It is understood a crash involving several vehicles near M2 junction 7 (Brenley Corner) is having significant knock-on effects.
Traffic is said to be slow on the westbound A2 towards Brenley Corner as well as the A299 Thanet Way Londonbound route.
Traffic monitoring expert Inrix said: “Reports of multi-vehicle accident on A299 Thanet Way London bound near M2 J7 (Brenley Corner). Traffic is coping well.
“A2 Westbound partially blocked, queueing traffic due to accident near M2 J7 (Brenley Corner).”
Police have been contacted for comment.
