A torrential downpour caused flooding across parts of Canterbury.
Huge puddles formed in Broad Oak Road as drains were unable to cope with the amount of rain, slowing down rush hour traffic.
In Rough Common, a lake formed in Maple Close which residents believe was around 10in deep at its highest.
Villager Georgina Glithero was amazed by what she saw.
The 20-year-old, of Rough Common Road, said: "My friend lives here and we thought we'd come round and take a look.
"I've never seen anything like it. It looks like it's about 10 inches at the deepest."
