Driver, 21, dies after crash in Sandwich Road, Nonington

A 21-year-old man from Canterbury has died after crashing into a tree outside the city.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the accident, which happened just after 12.30am yesterday morning on Sandwich Road in Nonington.
The VW Polo driver sustained serious injuries in the accident and died later in hospital.
PC Mick Sayer said: "A dark grey VW Polo was travelling along the Sandwich Road from Nonington towards Chillenden when it left the road and was in collision with a tree."
Officers would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision or from anyone who saw the VW Polo beforehand.
