Driver taken to the William Harvey Hospitalin Ashford after a crash on the M2 near Faversham

A driver on the M2 near Faversham lost control of his truck and ploughed into the crash barrier before rolling into the bank on the side of the road today.
The accident happened on the London-bound carriageway between junctions six and seven at just before 7am, causing delays to other motorists.
Police set up a rolling road block as paramedics dealt with the driver, a man in his 40s.
He was taken to the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford with back, pelvis and chest pains.
