Police are still searching for the driver of a car that knocked down a group of pedestrians in a high street.
The blue Renault Clio collided with several people in Canterbury High Street, earlier this month.
Five people suffered injuries, two of whom were taken to hospital as a precaution.
The incident took place near the junction with Guildhall Street between 2am and 2.25am on Sunday, July 4, just hours after England had beaten Ukraine in their Euros quarter-final clash.
It is believed to have followed a verbal altercation.
A 28-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault and drink driving in relation to the investigation and has been released on bail while inquiries continue.
Police have today released a computer-generated image of the driver, whom they are trying to trace.
He is described as between 25 and 30 years old, of slim build and was wearing a navy blue long-sleeve T-shirt.
Doormen who rushed to help the injured pedestrians previously told KentOnline of the "distressing" scenes they witnessed that night.
Luke Kyle, 39, who works for Akon Security, was just finishing work at the nearby Citi Terrace bar when he heard what had happened on the radio.
"Myself and two colleagues ran down there to see if we could help, because it sounded serious and we're first aid-trained" he said.
"When we arrived police were already at the scene and there was a woman who we were told had gone over the bonnet of the car, while another guy was hobbling about with what looked like a broken ankle.
"There were a lot of very distressed and angry people.
"It was one of the worst incidents I've seen in my 20 years doing this job."
Anyone who recognises the man in the image should call Kent Police on 01843 222289, quoting reference 46/116600/21 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or using the anonymous online form here.
