Drivers in Canterbury are experiencing another day of heavy delays due to a road closure.
Traffic is moving slowly along the A28 through Thanington, and through Wincheap and Chartham after Shalmsford Street was shut to traffic.
The road is closed near to Shalmsford Street's Premier store while water works are carried out.
One driver told KentOnline: "I've been moving in first gear for 25 minutes - it's never been this bad before."
Drivers can also expect delays along Kingsmead Road due to temporary traffic signals near the Kingsmead Leisure Centre to allow for emergency gas leak repair works.
Bus services are delayed in and around Canterbury as a result.
Motorists were hit by delays yesterday.
