A man has been accused of groping a woman on a university campus which he was reportedly banned from being on.
The alleged incident happened outside a building on the University of Kent campus in Canterbury in March.
A woman told police she was touched in a sexual manner over her clothes on March 15.
As well as the inappropriate touching, 27-year-old Babatunde Odukoya is charged with breaching a stalking protection order.
It is claimed he entered the uni grounds seven times over a four-month period between December 1 last year and March 17 which he was not allowed to do.
Odukoya, from Blean Common, is due to appear at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court today.
He was charged with one sexual touching offence and seven breaches of the stalking order.
