Police and immigration officials arrest man in Wife of Bath Hill, Canterbury

A man has been detained for immigration offences after a raid on a house in Canterbury today.
Police officers joined immigration enforcement officials in the city's Wife of Bath Hill early this morning.
Photos shared on Facebook showed about five enforcement vehicles in the road.
Officers arrested one man, according to the Home Office.
He has been detained, pending removal from the UK.
Police were called about 8am this morning.
