Incident at Whitefriars shopping centre in Canterbury sparks indecent exposure charges

A man has been accused of exposing himself in front of shoppers in a busy complex.

Police were called to Whitefriars in Canterbury following reports of the unsavoury incident last Wednesday afternoon.

A further offence allegedly took place in the North Holmes Road area of the city on Monday this week.

Terence Kamara has since been arrested and charged with three counts of indecent exposure and one of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child.

The 25-year-old, of no fixed address, appeared before Folkestone Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.

He was remanded in custody to appear at Canterbury Crown Court on a date to be arranged.
