Man charged with ‘performing indecent act on bench’ in Kingsmead Road, Canterbury

A man has been charged after a person was seen behaving indecently on a bench.
Hamdi Dinc is set to appear in court with outraging public decency in Kingsmead Road, Canterbury, following an incident on Sunday.
It follows a report from a member of the public who spotted a man behaving indecently on Sunday.
The 43-year-old of South Street was charged on Tuesday.
He was bailed with conditions to appear at Margate Magistrates’ Court on June 14.
