Man critically ill in London hospital after crash

A cyclist is fighting for his life in hospital after suffering serious head injuries in a crash with a car.
The 50-year-old man came off his bike after colliding with a green Nissan 200 at Sea Street roundabout in Herne Bay at 6.20pm on Friday
He was rushed to the QEQM Hospital with serious head injuries and later transferred to London’s Kings College Hospital, where his condition is described as “critical but stable”.
The driver of the car, a man in his 30s from Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, was unhurt in the crash.
