An unknown man indecently exposed himself to a woman in a quiet lane.

Police are hunting for the stranger after they were called at 3.45pm yesterday to Bobbin Lodge Hill, Chartham.

The man is described as being white, about 5ft 9 tall and aged late 20s to early 30s, and the witness also reported that he spoke in a foreign accent.

Officers are investigating and would like to speak with anyone who may have also witnessed the incident.
