A popular McDonald's which had been shut since June has now reopened.
Fast food lovers can now eat-in or takeaway from the Sturry Road branch, in Canterbury, which welcomed back customers today.
However, those wanting speedy service without having to get out from their vehicles will have to wait as work on the new drive-thru is not yet complete.
The restaurant, which is on the Stour Retail Park, had been shut for much of the summer to undergo an extension and refurbishment.
The extension is mainly at the rear of the site, with the stock rooms and chillers being redesigned. A new entrance lobby for the eatery has also been created.
Today's reopening of the golden arches also means delivery and in-store collection areas are back in operation
Work on reconfiguring the drive-thru is still ongoing and looks to be weeks away from completion. A date for its relaunch has not yet been revealed.
