Monsoon Accessorize could be sold as the women's fashion retailer struggles to financially cope amid the nationwide lockdown.
Bosses at the firm - which has seven stores across Kent - say they are looking at a range of options to secure its future.
The high street retailer was "trading well until the start of March" and was outperforming last year's figures.
However, like all other retail outlets, it has been badly affected by the coronavirus outbreak and is "facing significant pressure".
A spokesman said: "The board is looking at a range of options to secure the business’s long-term future in these exceptionally difficult times.
"These options include a potential sale of some or all of the business. No decisions have been made about the timing or nature of any steps the business may take."
Nationwide, a total of 3,500 workers are employed by the firm.
Yesterday, BrightHouse and Carluccio's were in court to formalise insolvency proceedings as they both filed for administration.
