Canterbury's Castle Street multi-storey car park to be closed for a week

A multi-storey car park will be closed throughout all of next week.
The 440-space car park in Castle Street, Canterbury, is being fitted with new automatic number plate reading technology.
It will be shut from Monday June 10, until Sunday 16.
Once fitted with the ANPR system, it will be the 15th car park in the district to become camera and barrier operated as part of the city council's £1.3 million project.
Those with a residents or business permit for the multi-storey, will be able to park in Rosemary Lane car park during the closure.
Castle Street is Canterbury's second largest car park.
