Thousands of mobile phone users across Kent have lost their data service this morning.
The O2 network has been hit with problems - meaning users are unable to access the internet when without a wifi connection.
Those on Sky, Tesco, Lyca Mobile and Giffgaff are also affected by the technical glitch.
A statement on the O2 Twitter account reads: "We are aware our customers are unable to use data this morning.
"Our technical teams are working on the issue with high priority. We are really sorry and working as hard and as fast as we can to fix this."
The outage is thought to be affecting about 32 million in the UK.
The company is blaming software issues at one of its suppliers for the problems.
