Pedestrian seriously injured after Canterbury Jaguar XF crash

A pedestrian suffered serious injuries after he was hit by a car.
The man was airlifted to a London hospital following the incident at 7.50pm yesterday in Canterbury.
Police say the red Jaguar XF was travelling east along Broad Oak Road, towards the Vauxhall Road junction, when it was involved in the collision.
The driver stopped following the crash.
A spokesman for the force said: "Officers are investigating the circumstances, and would like to hear from anyone who saw the collision or anyone with dash cam footage."
Detectives are urging witnesses to call them on 01622 798538, quoting the reference number DS/MD/006/21.
