Police appeal after man assaulted following argument near supermarket car park in Canterbury

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man suffered head injuries following an argument near a supermarket car park.
Officers were called just before 8pm on Thursday, July 16 after a report of an altercation in a car park near Sainsburys supermarket in Kingsmead Road, Canterbury.
They found a man nearby suffering from head injuries, and he was taken to hospital by South East Coast Ambulance Service.
The man reported he had been assaulted by a man aged between 20 and 25, who was around 5ft 7 tall, of medium build, with short black hair.
The suspect was wearing a grey tracksuit and grey trainers.
