Police seen near Waitrose in Canterbury after concern raised for man

Concerns for the welfare of a man sparked a police and paramedic response.
Officers were called to St George's Centre, in Canterbury at around 4am.
Police cars and an ambulance were spotted outside Waitrose at about 6am.
They were joined by the South East Coast Ambulance service and the man was spoken to.
There was no other action taken.
