Police helicopter joins manhunt after burglary in Herne Bay

A police helicopter was called to help in the search for a wanted person in Herne Bay on Friday night.
The chopper could be seen hovering over the town at around 9.30pm.
It was helping police teams on the ground, following reports of a burglary just before 9.30pm in Central Avenue, Herne Bay.
Officers attended the scene and, with the assistance of the police helicopter, attempted to locate the offender.
No arrests were made last night and investigations continue.
