Canterbury traffic delays after North Lane crash near Westgate Towers

Emergency services have descended on the scene of a serious crash.
There are long traffic delays after a collision shortly before 11am in North Lane near Westgate Towers in Canterbury.
Queues are building in both directions in St Peter's Place from Rheims Way, St Dunstans Street and North Lane.
Police have closed off North Lane at the St Dunstan's junction. Paramedics are also at the scene.
Bus operator Stagecoach has said all services from the city are being diverted via London Road to St Dunstans.
"All city and Whitstable bound services are subject to delays," a tweet by the firm says.
"We apologise for any inconvenience caused."
A police spokesman confirmed the force were called to a collision at about 10.45am.
"Officers and the South East Coast Ambulance Service are attending the scene in North Lane, Canterbury," they said.
"The road is currently closed while recovery work is ongoing."
