Those behind 'Kent's most luxurious hotel' are set to open a swanky new restaurant on a £115 million leisure complex.
The Cave in Boughton, near Faversham, has posted pictures of the inside of the eatery, which it hopes to launch at The Riverside in Canterbury.
It will open under the Korean Cowgirl name, restoring the chain's presence in the city following the recent closure of its restaurant in Palace Street.
It will be joining the likes of BrewDog and Sekkoya in setting up a base at the recently-launched development - which is already home to a five-screen Curzon cinema.
Bosses at the Korean Cowgirl say they were forced to shut its popular Palace Street branch last month because of an administration issue with its premises licence.
The smokehouse restaurant, which had earned a big following during its six years of operation, could not serve alcohol due to what it described as an "innocent clerical error".
But the Korean Cowgirl name will appear once more in the city when its newest venue opens at the Riverside, offering a fusion of oriental cuisine with Texas-style BBQ food.
Bosses have shared a selection of images of the inside of the restaurant, although no opening date has yet been set.
It has, however, been revealed that the firm will open a new eatery called The Cheeky Ramen at the vacant Palace Street site next month.
Of the 13 units opening at Riverside, the city council is thought to have now secured tenants for all but three.
It is not yet known when each of the outlets will launch, although a number of premises licence bids have been submitted.
It was revealed yesterday that Sekkoya has applied to open until 3am, sparking a number of concerns about late-night noise.
