A biker has been seriously injured following a collision with a car.
Sturry Road in Canterbury was shut in both directions between Brymore Road and Kingsmead Road as a result of the accident at around 3.50pm.
Police and paramedics were called to the scene, where the motorcyclist was treated for serious injuries.
The road has since reopened but drivers are warned to expect delays.
The crash comes just hours after a motorcyclist died in a collision involving a van on the M2 near Faversham.
Less than 24 hours ago another biker was also killed on the M25 near the Dartford Crossing following a collision with a van and a lorry.
