On Wednesday, November 3, a trio of adults - two women and a man - boarded the 921 in Broomfield, near Herne Bay, which was travelling from the Spires Academy in Sturry.
One of the women was later seen covered in blood, having suffered injuries thought to have been self-inflicted with a knife, before three people were detained at the scene.
The injured woman was passed into the care of healthcare professionals, while a 24-year-old has been bailed pending further investigations.
Another woman, Bethany Lee, 22, of no fixed abode, has been charged with being drunk and disorderly.
She is due to appear before Margate Magistrates' Court on December 3.
