The star-studded cast for this year’s Marlowe pantomime has been announced.
Harry Reid, Phil Gallagher and Sally Lindsay will all be appearing in Cinderella at the Canterbury theatre this Christmas.
They have been cast as Dandini, Buttons and the Fairy Godmother respectively.
Mr Reid is best known for his role as Ben Mitchell in Eastenders, while Mr Gallagher starred in the Bafta-nominated Mister Maker and Ms Lindsay played Shelly Unwin in Coronation Street.
Cinderella writer, co-producer and director, Paul Hendy, said: “We’re thrilled that Harry, Phil and National Treasure Sally are joining us.
"They’re great performers with lots of talent, energy and incredible stage presence.
“This year, we have an incredibly talented cast and I aim to make this production of Cinderella the most magical pantomime of all.”
They will be appearing alongside Marlowe regulars Ben Roddy and Lloyd Hollett, who have been cast as the Ugly Sisters.
Cara Dudgeon will play Cinderella and Oliver Watton will be Prince Charming.
Cinderella will be shown at the Marlowe Theatre from Friday, November 23, to Sunday, January 6.
Tickets, priced from £14.75 to £44.25 are available from the box office on 01227 787787 or marlowetheatre.com.
