Driver cut free from car on A2, outside Canterbury, after crash with lorry

A driver has been cut free from a car following an early morning crash on the A2.
They were trapped in their vehicle on the dual carriageway near to Barham, outside Canterbury.
The crash, which also involved a lorry, happened just before 4.30am.
Fire crews worked with paramedics to assess the trapped driver before using rescue gear to cut them free.
The patient was then transferred into the care of the ambulance service.
Emergency services left the scene at about 5.30am.
