Woman injured after being 'hit by motorbike' at pedestrian crossing in Canterbury Road in Whitstable

An elderly woman has been taken to hospital after she was knocked down by a motorbike on a pedestrian crossing this morning.
Two ambulances and one police car arrived at Canterbury Road, Whitstable, at about 10.15am.
The woman was taken to William Harvey Hospital, in Ashford, with cuts to her legs.
Her injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
The motorcyclist, a 44-year-old man, was also taken to hospitals with injuries described as not serious.
